Payment for services at Park Hill Counseling—including copays, deductibles, and any other fees—is due in full at the time of your appointment, unless prior arrangements have been made. Call us with any billing questions at 501-646-1812.

Park Hill Counseling's Cancellation

& No-Show Policy

 

​We understand that schedules change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance by calling us at 501-646-1812. 

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments without notice—will result in a fee, billed directly to you. These charges are not covered by insurance. Just as we ask for your courtesy in providing notice, our providers strive to give you the same consideration if rescheduling becomes necessary on our end.
