Meet Rachel Holladay

LPC, RYT200, Co-Owner

Rachel is a licensed counselor with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is passionate about empowering adults to discover their inner resilience and capacity for healing. With a strong focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, Rachel has found these approaches to be both effective and transformative for a wide range of mental health concerns.

Her practice is rooted in a holistic approach that embraces the mind, body, and soul, supporting clients in achieving emotional balance and living authentically. Rachel teaches clients to challenge negative internal dialogue with compassion-based practices, guiding them toward greater self-acceptance and well-being. Her goal is to create a space where individuals feel supported in their journey toward a more fulfilled and empowered life.

Casey is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, dedicated to empowering clients through personalized nutrition care. She has a passion for crafting individualized plans that respect each person’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Specializing in intuitive eating and mindful nutrition, Casey encourages clients to build a harmonious relationship with food, one that honors both physical nourishment and mental well-being. Her approach emphasizes the power of whole, nutrient-rich foods and cultivates sustainable lifestyle habits. By guiding clients toward mindful and realistic changes, Casey helps them achieve a healthier, more vibrant life rooted in balance and self-compassion.
