Rachel is a licensed counselor with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is passionate about empowering adults to discover their inner resilience and capacity for healing. With a strong focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, Rachel has found these approaches to be both effective and transformative for a wide range of mental health concerns.
Her practice is rooted in a holistic approach that embraces the mind, body, and soul, supporting clients in achieving emotional balance and living authentically. Rachel teaches clients to challenge negative internal dialogue with compassion-based practices, guiding them toward greater self-acceptance and well-being. Casey is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, dedicated to empowering clients through personalized nutrition care. She has a passion for crafting individualized plans that respect each person’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Specializing in intuitive eating and mindful nutrition, Casey encourages clients to build a harmonious relationship with food, one that honors both physical nourishment and mental well-being. Her approach emphasizes the power of whole, nutrient-rich foods and cultivates sustainable lifestyle habits. By guiding clients toward mindful and realistic changes, Casey helps them achieve a healthier, more vibrant life rooted in balance and self-compassion.

Meet David Jones
LPC
David V. Jones is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Forensic Counseling with a holistic, client-centered approach. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he integrates various modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), Narrative, and Humanistic therapy to support personal growth and healing. With experience working with pre-teens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings, David is dedicated to fostering a safe, judgment-free space for self-exploration and transformation. His mission is to provide insight, support, and unconditional positive regard, empowering individuals to heal and, in turn, inspire change in others.

Meet Lauren Schluterman
LPC, YTT 200
Lauren Schluterman is a Licensed Professional Counselor and 200-hour YTT who previously served as Director of Crisis, Forensics, and Restoration for Arisa Health Central Region before a disabling stroke in 2021 led her to transition to telehealth. She is passionate about family preservation, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and advocacy for the queer community and gender identity. Using person-centered and trauma-focused techniques, she creates a supportive and healing space for her clients. Lauren lives in Conway with her eight-year-old son and four cats, cherishing time with her large chosen family while enjoying hiking, running, reading, traveling, and indulging in guilty pleasure movies and shows.
