Nutrition Counseling – Nourish Your Body & Mind
Park Hill Counseling offers compassionate, science-based support to help you build a balanced and peaceful relationship with food. Our nutrition counseling is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re working on improving gut health, balancing blood sugar, managing stress, or simply learning to eat without guilt. Through personalized counseling, education, and a mindful approach to nourishment, we’ll help you reconnect with your body’s needs and create habits that support both physical health and emotional well-being.

Digestive Health & Gut Support
Your gut health impacts everything from digestion and energy to mood and immunity. Our nutrition counseling sessions focus on identifying triggers, supporting a balanced microbiome, and creating a realistic eating plan that helps you feel your best. Through personalized guidance, we’ll explore how foods, habits, and stress affect your digestive health — helping you find long-term comfort and balance from the inside out.

Mindful & Intuitive Eating
Rebuild trust with your body and your relationship with food. Our intuitive and mindful eating approach helps you tune into hunger, fullness, and satisfaction — without guilt or restriction. Through guided reflection and personalized strategies, you’ll learn to recognize emotional triggers, reduce overeating, and find more peace and confidence in your eating habits. Together, we’ll shift the focus from dieting to nourishment, helping you create a balanced, sustainable way of eating that supports both body and mind.

Nutrition for Mental Wellness
What you eat can have a powerful impact on how you feel. Our nutrition counseling for mental wellness focuses on supporting mood, energy, and emotional balance through nourishing, brain-supportive foods. We’ll explore the connection between nutrition, stress, and mental health, helping you create eating habits that promote calm, clarity, and resilience. With a compassionate, evidence-based approach, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded — body and mind.
