Payment for services—including copays, deductibles, and any other fees—is due in full at the time of your appointment, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept the following forms of payment:

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments without notice—will result in a fee, billed directly to you. These charges are not covered by insurance.
Just as we ask for your courtesy in providing notice, our providers strive to give you the same consideration if rescheduling becomes necessary on our end.
